Paul wrote a letter to Timothy who was the evangelist in Ephesus and another letter to Titus who was a minister at Crete giving us qualities of character for elders and deacons who would be servant leaders in the family of God. We will talk about the process and timeline for appointing additional elders and deacons at Royal Oak.
