The Old Testament followers were eagerly waiting for God to move in a new way among those who would be His children. It was not just God working on the outside, along side or beside people, but God would like inside and work through and empower from the heart. This is the promise of Isaiah, Ezekiel, Joel and John the Baptist. Jesus promised His disciples that when He left, He would send the comforter to be in and with them. In the coming weeks we want to look at some of the specific ways the Holy Spirit moves us.
