The words that people have said to us can leave a lasting impression. Some people keep replaying and allowing what they have heard about themselves and now they believe it. Some of those things are not true. We need to change the recording that keeps us down, discouraged, and depressed. God wants to speak life into us so that we can have live what He has created and recreated us to be. We are beautiful. We are valuable. We are loved. We are children of the Most High.
