Nehemiah is ready to reveal the plan to rebuild the wall to the people of Jerusalem. He first rested and examined the work that needed to be done and set the vision before the people. They responded with willingness and had a heart to work and determination in the face of opposition and persecution. Everyone had a job to do and the worked as a team to accomplish something great as God was working powerfully in them.
