Clean Heart

We ought to pray, like King David, create in me a clean heart, O God. We are not able to purify or sanctify ourselves. Not by effort, good works, long prayers, repentance or sorrow. God has provided the way to a clean conscience and a holy life through His Son. We ask God, we respond to the Lord's call and He changes us from the inside out. We are a temple of the Holy Spirit and the Lord lives in us. He also works through us when we are fully surrendered to Him and we will teach those who are trapped in sin the Way of Jesus. Psalm 51
