When Peter and John see a lame man begging at the temple gates, they offer him more than silver and gold. This man needed a miracle that could change his life, not just for the day, but forever.  He instantly was healed, made strong, given coordination and balance.  All at once blood vessels opened, muscles strengthened, tendons pulled and joints flexed.  He could walk, jump and praise God and was now welcome inside the temple so he could worship God like never before.  God wants to continue to give the miracle of life to those who are spiritual cripple, outcast, seperated and ignored. Peter declared that this spiritual and eternal life was only found in Jesus. No other name is given so that we could be saved, only Jesus.
