Youth today struggle with anxiety, depression, self-worth, pressure to succeed, popularity, even suicide. In this discussion class Jason asks questions to discover the some of the reasons there is such a burden on and pressure in the lives of students. One contributing factor is the availability of information, news, drama, social pressure and keeping up with persona of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and other social media apps. It becomes like a poison that silent and slowly works from the inside taking away our energy, enthusiasm, purpose and health. There are some examples, illustrations and solutions found in God’s instruction book for life – the Bible that are examined and applied for a better way to live.
