Sheep need a shepherd to guide them to green pasture and give us much needed rest. Jesus is the good shepherd who has promised to lead, protect and give us life eternal. In Psalm 23, David speaks from his experience as a shepherd who led sheep and led people and applied the valuable lessons to our life with God.
