Asaph wrote 12 of the Psalms and in Psalm 73 he describes a burden and conflict that he was having when he saw the people in the world enjoying the ease, comfort and prosperity of a sinful lifestyle. He almost slipped and he nearly lost his foothold, but he came back into balance when he went into the santuary and met with God and His people and remembered the destiny of the evil and the faithful. He knew he must continue to walk with God and the Lord Himself would hold his hand, guide him along the way and keep him in the love of God.
