God so loved the world that He gave the very best of heaven, making the greatest sacrifice, for the greatest need, for our greatest good. Many men and women have given their life or were willing to give their life to defeat an enemy that would take away our freedom, joy and peace. That enemy in the spiritual world is the devil who has come to harm, kill and destroy our souls. Jesus promises life eternal which includes both quality (a wonderful life) and quantity (life forever more).
