We all have had experiences, relationships and wounds from the past that can weigh us down in the present. We want to hide our pain, even to the extent that we don't even admit to ourselves that we have baggage from the past that is weighing us down in the present. We have anger, fears, addictions and relationship issues that block our way from the freedom that Jesus has promised to those who come to Him. Cast your anxiety upon Him because He cares for you is one of the great promises in the Bible that will be discussed in this lesson.
