Each week we remember the sacrificial death of the Lamb of God, the Lord Jesus Christ, who was given for our salvation. Through the cross we received forgiveness of sin, reconciliation with God and the promise of life eternal. We are blessed. The people in Malachi's day were unwilling to participate in the worship with a pure heart and clarity of understanding, so we must be careful and diligent to partake of this memorial in a worthy manner.
